One (1) SfHP Emerging Student Leader Travel Award will be awarded to a student member for the 2019 APA Convention.

Note: Awardee will need to submit a W9 to SfHP prior to receiving the award funds, and the award is subject to income taxation.

Students promoting the values and goals of SfHP through clinical work, research productivity, or volunteer positions in health psychology will be competitive for the SfHP Emerging Student Leader Travel Award. Students can be in any year of their doctoral program, including those on internship. Eligible candidates are not required to have submitted a poster/presentation proposal to APA. Current or former Campus Representatives who meet the other criteria are encouraged to apply. Current SfHP Student Advisory Council members are not eligible for this award.
