Position: Clinical Health Psychologist, Specializing in Oncology Management

Location: NorthShore Outpatient Clinics

Hours: Fulltime

What you will do:

  • Deliver outpatient assessment and follow-up care using evidence-based approaches to adult patients with a cancer diagnosis
  • Contribute to the growth of the Psycho-Oncology service
  • Engage in teaching, grand rounds (or similar) presentations, and clinical research

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical Psychology specializing in Oncology Health Psychology
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois
  • Board-certified or eligible by ABPP
  • New graduates or experienced clinicians are welcome to apply
  • APA-accredited internship
  • Interdisciplinary and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a medical setting

The current Psychology service includes ten health psychologists and five general psychologists (Adult and C&A), two externs, and a health psychology fellow.
