Job talks and work samples are a common though often mysterious component of the interview and hiring process for pediatric/adult health psychologists across academic, hospital, research, and industry settings (and their intersections). However, learners may receive little or no specific guidance for how to prepare job talks or select work samples that fit their interest area, leaving them feeling uncertain or unprepared to appropriately represent themselves, their past work, and their future potential, to interested employers. Please see the resources below from this session.
