The Department of Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in Clinical Psychology/Behavioral Health. Rank is open, commensurate with clinical and research experience. This position serves both the IUP Psychology Department’s PsyD Program and Indiana Regional Medical Center (IRMC) Family Medicine Residency Program and represents a new and exciting collaboration between these institutions. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to help shape this 12-month position into one that allows a mix of clinical teaching and supervision in both clinical and university settings, with 50-75% of time spent at IRMC and 25-50% of time spent at IUP. This position involves the supervision and training of residents at IRMC as well as teaching within IUP’s Clinical PsyD program. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to design many aspects of the administration of behavioral health components of the Family Medical Residency Program at IRMC, as well as to facilitate collaboration between IUP and IRMC, including research and grantsmanship.   • Required:
    • PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from APA-accredited program with an APA-accredited or APPIC-approved internship.
    • PA license for practice of psychology or eligibility for licensure within state of PA.
  • Preferred:
    • Scholarship and/or clinical interests in supporting the wellbeing of health care professionals.
    • One year of post-doctoral training.
    • Research, teaching and/or clinical experiences that contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion, to include interests in Rural Health Equity.
    • As part of a successful on-campus interview process, selected candidates will be expected to give a presentation on their research and/or clinical interests to demonstrate teaching effectiveness and understanding of diverse populations. Candidates must communicate effectively and perform well during the interview(s).
