This webinar addresses the often unclear path into CL psychology by bringing together speakers at three career stages — trainee, early/mid career, and established clinician — to share gaps in and lessons from training, competency development, and building hospital-based services. Attendees will gain practical strategies for identifying (and creating, when none exist) CL opportunities, navigating institutional systems, and demonstrating the value of psychological services within inpatient medical settings.
